Police and emergency crews responded to a range of incidents across Ingleside between Saturday, 23 May and Thursday, 28 May, including a two-vehicle crash on Wakehurst Parkway, several fallen trees and an assault report.

The first callout came shortly after 3.30pm on Saturday, 23 May, when NSW Rural Fire Service crews attended Mona Vale Road near Kimbriki Road after reports a tree had fallen across the roadway. Firefighters used chainsaws to cut up and clear the tree from the road.

Emergency services were again called into action just after 2.45pm on Tuesday, 26 May, following a two-car collision on Wakehurst Parkway in the stretch commonly known as The Bends.

NSW Police, NSW Ambulance and firefighters from Narrabeen Station responded to the crash, which caused significant traffic delays in both directions.

The drivers, a man in his 50s and a man in his 30s, were treated at the scene for minor injuries before being transported to Royal North Shore Hospital in stable conditions.

Firefighters worked to clear debris from the roadway while tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles.

Police also responded to Ingleside Road just before 5.45pm on Thursday, 28 May, following reports of an alleged assault.

Later that evening, just after 6pm, police were called to Powderworks Road after another tree reportedly fell across the roadway.

A third tree-related hazard was reported just after 11.30pm on Thursday, 28 May, on Mona Vale Road, with authorities attending to manage the scene.

The incidents form part of a broader snapshot of recent police and emergency service activity across Ingleside.
